A new look at Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury in the upcoming Secret Invasion series has been revealed.
Following She-Hulk: Attorney At Law‘s run, Secret Invasion will be the next live-action Disney Plus series MCU fans can look forward to. Those who attended San Diego Comic-Con this year got an early look at the series, which confirmed Don Cheadle will appear as War Machine.
Secret Invasion will include plenty of other familiar Marvel faces including Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury. During last year’s Disney Plus Day, a glimpse at Fury’s new look in the series was revealed, which saw the character without his signature eye patch and sporting a beard. With 2022’s Disney Plus Day and D23 happening this week, it’s safe to say more information and perhaps the first trailer for Secret Invasion will hit the public.
Funko Reveals Fury’s New Fit
In the meantime, Funko has revealed their products for New York Comic Con 2022 and Nick Fury from Secret Invasion was part of the line-up. The Funko figure gives us our best look yet at Samuel L. Jackson in the upcoming series, and you can check it out below.
Here is the synopsis for the series:
“Secret Invasion” is a newly announced series heading to Disney+ that stars Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn as the Skrull Talos—characters who first met in “Captain Marvel.” The crossover event series showcases a faction of shape-shifting Skrulls who have been infiltrating Earth for years.
The series is created by Kyle Bradstreet and stars Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, Don Cheadle, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Olivia Colman, Emilia Clarke, Killian Scott, Christopher McDonald, and Carmen Ejogo.
