Spider-Man: Miles Morales voice actor Nadji Jeter recently spoke about how important his role in the franchise is to him and it is the story this and the next generation needs.
Nadji Jeter has been playing Miles Morales since 2017, having first portrayed the character in a series of TV shorts. He is better known for voicing the character in the 2018 video game, Marvel’s Spider-Man for the PlayStation 4. In it, Miles Morales had a supporting role and became one of Peter Parker’s friends before obtaining spider-powers of his own. At the end of the game’s DLC pack, The City That Never Sleeps, Peter Parker agreed to train Miles in his crimefighting ways.
Earlier this year during Sony’s big PlayStation 5 live stream event, it was revealed that Nadji Jeter would be getting his own game, titled Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Recently, Jeter spoke about his role as the Marvel hero and revealed how important the role was to him.
“To become a character so impactful means the world to me. The story of Miles is what this generation & the next need! I just thank the heavens above for blessing me with the opportunity & responsibility to bring him to Life!!”
