It’s always been a debate as to which Spider-Man has the best suit. In an excerpt from Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home- The Art of the Movie, Andrew Garfield weighs in on which suit he likes the most.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home- The Art of the Movie has provided fans with tons of fascinating insights into the development of the MCU’s live-action Spider-Verse. This includes a number of concept designs for suits, including for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. In an excerpt from the book, Andrew Garfield gave his own thoughts on the suits, revealing which one he thought was the best:
“The eyes on mine are definitely the best,” Garfield explained. “The eye shape is just the most open and friendly and, I don’t know, sweet. I would say, just practically my suit is the best, because I have zippers on my wrist so that I can get my hands out. You get more breaks. But none of the suits are that much fun to wear.”
Given Tom Holland has previously commented about being forced to wear a thong in the tight spandex, it’s not a shock that Andrew Garfield doesn’t think any of the costumes are fun to wear. Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home- The Art of the Movie gives fans even more insight into Garfield’s Spider-Man, including his thoughts on a potential MCU return.
What’s next for Spider-Man?
What does the future hold for Tom Holland’s Peter Parker? The success of Spider-Man: No Way Home has opened up a world of possibilities for the fan-favorite Marvel character. The movie ends with Peter erasing himself from the memories of his loved ones in order to protect them from his enemies. This sets up an interesting dynamic for future Spider-Man movies, as Peter will have to navigate a world in which he is not known as Spider-Man.
