Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will reportedly release in 2023 instead of this year.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will be the first game from Rocksteady since 2015’s Batman: Arkham Knight. The studio finally announced the new DC game at the first DC FanDome in 2020 and revealed gameplay at the 2021 event in October. The game hasn’t received a proper release date, but it was said to arrive sometime this year.
According to Bloomberg, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will now release in 2023. While Rocksteady’s upcoming Suicide Squad game might not be hitting store shelves until next year, WarnerMedia still plans on releasing LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Hogwarts Legacy, and Gotham Knights in 2022.
Based on the footage released so far, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will see Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark take on the likes of Superman, The Flash, and Green Lantern, possessed by Brainiac.
