New merchandise from WandaVision seems to reveal that Teyonah Parris will get her own suit to wear as Monica Rambeau.
With a month and a half to go until WandaVision arrives on Disney Plus, new merchandise has surfaced online seemingly revealing Teyonah Parris’ suit in the series. Monica Rambeau was previously introduced in Captain Marvel, but she’ll be an adult in the 2021 series alongside Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany’s Vision. In the comics, she received her powers after being hit by extradimensional energy and was even dubbed as the second Captain Marvel for a time before changing her name over the years to Photon, Pulsar and Spectrum.
The new WandaVision tease comes from @BRMarvelNews on Twitter and shows off a selection of new keyrings being made for the series. The Monica Rambeau design seemingly shows off a very basic look at the costume Teyonah Parris might wear in the series. Given that she originally got her powers from ‘extradimensional’ energy it wouldn’t be surprising if her origin is tied into Scarlet Witch’s reality-altering abilities in some way – especially after she was blasted away in the first teaser. Take a look at Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau in the WandaVision merchandise below.

Here is the official synopsis for WandaVision:
Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.
Directed by Matt Shakman with Jac Schaeffer as head writer, WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, and Kathryn Hahn in an undisclosed role. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has said that the series will lead into the feature film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
