The Fantastic Four is almost ready to start filming! The film’s cast has arrived in London as Marvel readies itself for production later this month.
It’s hard to believe that Marvel’s reboot of The Fantastic Four is going to start filming in less than two weeks. However, that reality has truly become real as the film’s cast has arrived in London. Paparazzi managed to snag quick looks at Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, and Vanessa Kirby as they arrived at Chiltern Firehouse the other night.
While it’s exciting that The Fantastic Four is this close to filming, this all but confirms that the cast won’t be making an appearance at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. However, given the film’s massive presence in the event’s marketing, it’s likely that fans will get some sort of tease for what’s to come with Marvel’s most exciting project.
The Fantastic Four Prepares For Their Parts
It seems The Fantastic Four cast isn’t slouching during their early arrival in London. All parties seem to be firing on all cylinders when it comes to preparing for Marvel’s reboot. The most notable is Paul Walter Hauser, who reveals he’s been reading as many comics as he can to ready himself for filming.
“It’s so fun, man. I didn’t really read ‘Fantastic Four’ when I was a kid,” Hauser told Variety. “I was very Batman-centric. But reading the ‘Fantastic Four’ comics has been a blast. I love it.”
While much of the cast has been cemented for months now, it’s still unclear who Marvel has Paul Walter Hauser playing in The Fantastic Four reboot. Though given he’s churning through comics, it’s clear that he’ll be nailing whatever part he’s playing. Now he just needs to get himself to London!
