Prime Video has debuted more than 20 ambiguous character posters for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
It was only last month that we found out that Amazon Prime Video’s ambitious The Lord of the Rings series would be subtitled The Rings of Power. Now, we have a series of posters that tease the many characters for one of the most expensive shows of all time. The series is set to explore Middle Earth’s Second Age, which means we’ll likely see Sauron’s rise to power and the forging of the titular rings.
While there are a medley of posters, only hands and equipment are seen. That means no faces or gigantic reveals. It’s a bummer considering the show is set to debut this September, but we’ll take what we can get. It’s hard to decipher who is on each poster but there’s one that’s instantly recognizable – or rather appears to be. A character who has a gauntlet simmilar to Sauron can be seen taking up one poster.
