According to recent reports, Todd Phillips helmed a massive $200 million budget for Joker: Folie à Deux, with around 16% of that going directly to Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix for their portrayals as Harley Quinn and Arthur Fleck. The director has a lot of expectations to deliver with the film, but the hype does bring hope!
