Spider-Man: Far From Home star Tom Holland became a real-life superhero when he saved a fan from being crushed by aggressive autograph hunters on Monday evening.

Tom Holland is currently promoting the upcoming Spider-Man sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home, which will close out the third phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday when he was mobbed by excited fans as well as aggressive autograph hunters, aka graphers. When the autograph hunters rushed forward, one of Tom Holland’s fans, Cassidy Ariel, was pushed up against a barricade by the men, resulting in the Spider-Man star stepping in.

Ariel took to Twitter to share Tom Holland’s real-life moment of heroism, detailing and revealing a video showing how the actor intervened in the situation.

Ariel spoke with Inside Edition about the incident, thanking Tom Holland for coming to her rescue.

“Tom was about two people away. He saw me. I was about to have a panic attack. He said, ‘I got you.’ I’m so grateful. Thank you.”
