UFC President Dana White has officially confirmed that talks have taken place to make the Justin Bieber vs. Tom Cruise fight happen.

Earlier in June, TMZ reported that calls were taking place to make the Justin Bieber vs. Tom Cruise fight official. Dana White was a guest at the Hashtag Sports 2019 and he confirmed that discussions have happened. Event moderator Jason Gray asked if Dana White was contacted to put the fight together. White confirmed the news. Regarding the call, he said:

As crazy as that sounds, that is true. … I don’t want to use any names, but I was at home on a Sunday, and I got a call with two big guys on the phone. They were telling me this could possibly happen and this could be real. I’m like, there’s no way that this is really going to happen. But if it does, call me back. I’m in.

Justin Bieber called Tom Cruise out on Twitter in early June. In the tweet, Justin Bieber publicly challenged Tom Cruise to a fight in the Octagon. While Tom Cruise has yet to respond, Justin Bieber has stated that the Tweet was only a joke. UFC president Dana White was contacted about the battle. Bieber later backed out. Dana White has stated he’s down for the battle. Here’s the tweet from Justin Bieber’s Twitter:

Val Kilmer is set to reprise his role as Tom “Iceman” Kazansky while Jennifer Connelly plays a woman who runs a local Navy bar.
