Marvel Studios’ WandaVision gets the Honest Trailers treatment as the video takes aim at all the theories surrounding Mephisto and Quicksilver.

It’s fair to say that Marvel fans might’ve gotten a little carried away with all the theorizing regarding WandaVision. Although, it was hard not to come up with ideas about potential cameos from Doctor Strange or the X-Men showing up when Wanda Maximoff’s reality-altering powers were at play as well as our pre-existing knowledge that she’s set to appear in Multiverse of Madness. But the latest episode of Honest Trailers from Screen Junkies leans into all our theory crafting with its signature style of critical humor.

The video doesn’t hold back in taking shots at WandaVision, from criticizing its typical Marvel finale of a “beam in the sky”, to poking fun at everyone frantically trying to predict how Mephisto might be involved. It quickly switches from the devil to talking about Evan Peters’ Quicksilver return and the elaborate set up for a joke about Ralph Bohner’s last name. Take a look at the video below.

What did you make of the Honest Trailers video? Are you disappointed WandaVision didn’t include Mephisto or give us a better answer to the Quicksilver of it all? Sound-off in the comments below!

You can read the official synopsis for WandaVision below.

Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.

Matt Shakman directed the series with Jac Schaeffer as the lead scribe; WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, Evan Peters as Ralph Bohner, and Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness. Marvel’s Kevin Feige has said that the series leads into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

WandaVision is available Disney Plus. Keep following along to stay up to date on all of the latest surrounding Mephisto and Quicksilver in the MCU, and subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
