Zack Snyder threw some shade at the theatrical cut of Justice League right at the end of his Batman v Superman live stream event on Vero.

It’s been no secret that the Justice League movie we ended up getting in theaters was not the one Zack Snyder originally envisioned. Instead, we got a film that was reshot by Avengers director Joss Whedon. Over the last few years, Zack Snyder has shared images and cut scenes from his version of Justice League, which launched the Snyder Cut movement.

On Sunday, Zack Snyder hosted a Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice live stream event on Vero, where he provided some commentary while watching the Ultimate Edition of the movie. Right at the end of the Batman v Superman stream, Zack Snyder took a jab at the Justice League theatrical cut by saying the following before the stream cut off:

“You know what, they should make a sequel to this movie someday, that would be amazing. That would really be something else. Yeah, I wanna know what happens to these guys. I mean, don’t they eventually, I don’t know, form some…”

You can check out a clip of the moment below.
