Wayne T. Carter revealed a full look at his Green Lantern that was cut from Zack Snyder’s Justice League.

Friday marks the first anniversary of when Zack Snyder’s Justice League was finally released on HBO Max. The four-hour superhero epic notably featured some additions that were shot after the initial principal photography, such as the Knightmare sequence with Jared Leto’s Joker and the scene with Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne and Martian Manhunter, played by Harry Lennix. After the film’s release, Snyder shared the scene with Martian Manhunter originally featured Green Lantern.

Zack Snyder’s Green Lantern was played by Wayne T. Carter, and the sequence was actually shot for the director’s cut of Justice League. Snyder has shared concept art and behind-the-scenes looks at the cut scene. Snyder also previously shared a photo of what Carter looked like as Green Lantern on his phone, and now the actor has revealed a much better look at the suit he would’ve donned:

Here is the synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

“In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”

Both versions of Justice League are available to stream on HBO Max. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of Green Lantern, and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
