Zack Snyder’s ‘Teen Titans Go!’ Appearance Features Darkseid Action

Zack Snyder's Teen Titans!

Zack Snyder Teen Titans Go Darkseid

Zack Snyder made a special guest appearance on Teen Titans Go!, in which the director imagines the superhero team facing off against Darkseid.

Following his tumultuous tenure with Warner Bros. and DC Films following his three contributions in Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League, Zack Snyder is currently hard at work with Netflix on his new original sci-fi epic, Rebel Moon. However, he just had a special collaboration with DC on the hit animated series, Teen Titans Go!, in which he plays himself.

Zack Snyder made a special appearance on the 365th episode of Teen Titans Go!, in which the titular superhero team meet with the filmmaker for his own cinematic take on them. What follows is a hilariously epic sequence in which the Titans face off against Darkseid similar to how the Justice League did in Snyder’s director’s cut.

Darkseid was last featured in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Here is the synopsis:

“In ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman (Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.”

Both versions of Justice League and Teen Titans Go! are available to stream on HBO Max. Stay tuned for all the latest news on the future of the DC Universe, Zack Snyder, and Darkseid, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
