A new statue from Infinity Studio puts the spotlight on Amber Heard as Queen Mera in Jason Momoa’s Aquaman.

Although it might be some time before we see Amber Heard return as Queen Mera in Aquaman 2, an incredible new statue brings the hero to life with exquisite detail. But when she does reprise her role in the DC Extended Universe in the sequel, director James Wan revealed at DC FanDome that the film will have more horrific moments like the fan-favorite sequence involving the Trench. With the intricate detail that’s gone into this bust of Amber Heard, it would be great to see an equally precise version of Aquaman‘s monsters.

The first look at the Amber Heard bust surfaced on the Infinity Studio Facebook page, offering a close up look at the details added to bring the hero to life. Perhaps what’s most impressive are the water droplets scattered across her face, giving the Queen Mera bust a scarily realistic look. However, many fans in the comments were quick to criticize the new statue due to Heard’s ongoing legal battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp and the abuse allegations that the pair have hurled at each other. Take a look at the Queen Mera statue from Aquaman below.
