Daredevil actress Deborah Ann Woll talks up a return to the series amidst Disney Plus revival reports.

Earlier this week, rumors regarding the long-awaited return of Marvel’s Daredevil were at a fever pitch when a report teasing a revival of the series for Disney Plus was coming. The show was cancelled by Netflix in 2018, and with the exciting returns of both Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio in different MCU projects, many are hopeful for the return of the rest of the original cast, including Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page.

In an interview with Den of Geek, Deborah Ann Woll was asked once again about the prospect of a Daredevil revival on Disney Plus. Naturally, the actress was eager to return to the MCU’s Hell’s Kitchen:

“I loved playing Karen Page. I would gladly, in a heartbeat, pick Karen back up… Should [Marvel Studios] call, I am here with open ears.”

Marvel’s Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Defenders and The Punisher all moved from Netflix to Disney Plus recently, which led to much speculation that Marvel Studios was looking to reincorporate those characters into the ongoing MCU. With the return of both the titular lead of Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home and the primary antagonist of the series appearing in Hawkeye, it wouldn’t be much of a stretch to see Deborah Ann Woll reprise her roll as Karen Page in an upcoming revival of the series. Here’s hoping it’ll be worth the long wait.

Here is the synopsis for the third season of Marvel’s Daredevil:

Missing for months, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) reemerges a broken man, putting into question his future as both vigilante Daredevil and lawyer Matthew Murdock. But when his archenemy Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) is released from prison, Matt must choose between hiding from the world, or embracing his destiny as a hero.

Daredevil stars Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Joanne Whalley, Jay Ali, Wilson Bethel, Stephen Rider, and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk.
