‘Aquaman’ Star Jason Momoa Really Wants Zack Snyder’s ‘Justice League’ Released

Aquaman star Jason Momoa is once again campaigning for the release of the Zack Snyder cut of Justice League.

Earlier today, Aquaman star Jason Momoa took to his official Instagram page to share a series of stories featuring himself alongside Mark Twight, the man who trained him for his role as the DC Comics hero in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. In the videos, Momoa calls for the release of the infamous Zack Snyder cut of the movie, teasing that there are “some goodies in there.”

You can check out the some of the videos shared by Aquaman star Jason Momoa below.

In August 2019, Jason Momoa revealed that Zack Snyder personally showed him his cut of Justice League, describing it as “ssssiiicccckkkkkk.” During another interview that took place later that year, Momoa said that “the public needs to see” the Snyder cut, a message that’s also been supported by some of his Justice League co-stars, including Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot.

As Heroic Hollywood exclusively reported last week, Zack Snyder screened his cut of Justice League to DC executives before the coronavirus pandemic brought the film and television industry to a standstill. No details have emerged regarding what came of the screening, but there’s been speculation that it could lead to a release of the Snyder cut on the HBO Max streaming service.

Here’s the official synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, the film stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.

Justice League is now available on Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital HD. Stay tuned for the latest news on Aquaman star Jason Momoa and the Zack Snyder cut of Justice League, and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
