The cast of the Vision series just keeps growing! Kerry Condon seemingly joins the upcoming Disney Plus series as the human version of the AI named F.R.I.D.A.Y.

The Vision series is shaping up to be one of the strangest to ever come to Disney Plus. The project has slowly been assembling its cast, bringing back characters from the oldest installment in the MCU. And, if rumors are true, the show plans to add even more new faces as it brings some of the most iconic pieces of AI in the franchise to the corporeal plane.

Insider DaneilRPK has revealed that Kerry Condon is joining the cast of the Vision series as the F.R.I.D.A.Y. AI. If true, her role on the Disney Plus series will be the first time fans have seen the character in half a decade, with their last appearance being in Avengers: Endgame alongside their creator Tony Stark. Condon has already been the main voice of F.R.I.D.A.Y. in the MCU, with her being cast mimicking the trajectory of Paul Bettany as Vision.

F.R.I.D.A.Y.S Role In The Vision Series

Not much is currently known about what role F.R.I.D.A.Y. will play in the Vision series. Unlike most other characters on the cast, F.R.I.D.A.Y. is an MCU original. While there is a “Friday Stark” in the MCU, she was a AI hologram secretary created by Tony, and was portrayed as much younger than Kerry Condon. Rather, it’s more likely that the AI will serve in an almost sibling-like role across from Paul Bettany’s Vision.

The most interesting part is that the F.R.I.D.A.Y. AI still belongs to the Stark family. If Kerry Condon is to appear in the series, it’s likely either Pepper Potts or Morgan Stark will appear alongside her, at least for a cameo. This would given fans the best look yet at the Stark family post-Endgame, with the Disney Plus series potentially serving as a final memorial for the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.
