It really seems like the Marvel Cinematic Universe is opening up, which makes the potential for Doctor Strange sequel all the more interesting.
Rachel McAdams reprising her role is a surprising announcement, since back in February it was reported the star wasn’t involved with the film, but according to Deadline sources have said she’ll return to play Christine Palmer again. Comic fans might be familiar with Palmer, as she’s one of the characters known as Night Nurse -often providing medical help to superheroes. The Deadline report noted that it’s not clear how big Rachel McAdams’ role will be in the film, so it could be a smaller appearance than the first time around.
