A brand new image from a deleted Suicide Squad scene has offered a never before seen look at Ben Affleck’s Batman along with Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn.
Ben Affleck’s Batman appeared in 2016’s Suicide Squad for a brief scene in which the Caped Crusader confronted Will Smith’s Deadshot, as well as a sequence featuring the Gotham superhero chasing down Jared Leto’s Joker and Robbie’s Harley Quinn. The chase ended with the two villains crashing the Joker’s purple Lamborghini into the water. The Cupid of Crime would have drowned if it wasn’t for Batman rescuing and reviving her with mouth to mouth resuscitation.
The new image featuring Affleck’s Batman and Robbie’s Quinn appears to be from when the Dark Knight rescues the Maiden of Mischief. You can check it out below.

So what do you think? Are you hoping to see David Ayer get his Suicide Squad cut released so that you can see more of Ben Affleck’s Batman and Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn? Let us know in the comments below!
Ever since Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League was announced for HBO Max, fans have rallied behind Ayer to support the director having his cut of Suicide Squad released as well. While HBO Max head of original content Sarah Aubrey isn’t worried about setting a precedent by releasing Snyder’s director’s cut, Ayer has been vocal about his desire to release his cut of the film, as well as revealing changes the studio made, going as far as to call out Geoff Johns for “breaking the timeline” in the theatrical cut.
Here is the synopsis for David Ayer’s Suicide Squad:
It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?
Written and directed by David Ayer, the film stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevingne, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ike Barinholtz, and Scott Eastwood.
Suicide Squad is available on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding David Ayer and his cut of the film and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more great video content!
