Marvel Studios is officially coming back to San Diego Comic-Con! The studio announced a return to Hall H for this year’s SDCC.
Last year was a sad time for Marvel fans. Due to the Hollywood strikes, the studio decided to skip out on 2023’s San Diego Comic-Con, leaving fans high and dry about news in what should have been the most exciting time of the year. However, it seems the studio is back and ready to return to Hall H!
Marvel is set to return to San Diego Comic-Con in 2024. According to Deadline, the studio will return to SDCC’s Hall H, likely on the penultimate day of the con: July 27th. Coincidentally, this is a day after Deadpool and Wolverine hits theaters, suggesting the internet may be in store for some spicy appearances.
What Could Marvel Reveal At SDCC?
Given Deadpool and Wolverine will be released the day before their Hall H panel, it’s not likely Marvel will have any big reveals for that project at SDCC. However, that doesn’t mean they’ll be without big reveals. With Spider-Man 4 set to start production soon, this may be the perfect spot to announce the movie’s new director.
San Diego Comic-Con may also be the best place to address all the Disney Plus shows Marvel has in limbo. Hall H would be the perfect time to announce a season 2 for projects like Hawkeye or Moon Knight, if they’re even going to get one. Though in line with Disney Plus shows, early Vision concept art could also be shown off as the project enters production.
