Rosario Dawson shared a behind-the-scenes photo she took with Mark Hamill while filming The Book of Boba Fett to celebrate Star Wars Day.
Today marks Star Wars Day, and in addition to the new trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi, Lucasfilm also released a new Disney Gallery episode covering the production of The Book of Boba Fett on Disney Plus. The documentary notably includes some behind-the-scenes footage of Mark Hamill on set for the series dressed as Luke Skywalker with Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka Tano.
Off the heels of the documentary, Rosario Dawson shared an awesome picture she took with Mark Hamill, Graham Hamilton, and Grogu while filming the series to celebrate May the Fourth. Dawson will go on to appear in her own Star Wars series as Ahsoka Tano next, which has reportedly started filming. It’s also expected that more details about the upcoming series will be revealed at Star Wars Celebration later this month. In the meantime, you can check out the behind-the-scenes photo below.
Here is the synopsis for the Star Wars series:
The Book of Boba Fett, a thrilling Star Wars adventure, finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the Galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.
